Xchangeme.com is a future Online Toolkit for students from european social and heath care colleges wishing to go for an internship abroad. The foundation is the ERASMUS+ project ”Preparing to go abroad” Online Toolkit (EU VET).

The current version of the website is a meeting place and project management tool for the project group.
